I downloaded the unlocked Stranded on Krydon (version 11) from B.Net and have been fiddling around with it.
The map spawns factories, sci facilities etc. randomly scattered around for you to rescue.
The thing is... there are no triggers which are doing it. Infact, when I go to overview manager and look at all create units triggers none of them make factories etc.
I'm confused. Are there secret triggers the map is hiding from me somehow? Is this some strange bug? Am I just stupidly missing something?
You sure, the factories are spawned via trigger? Could be made in data just as easy.
Otherwise, have a look at the libraries, maybe the triggers are included in a mod or library file. Or the author injected custom galaxy script, which will not show up in the trigger editor; you would need to open the galaxy script files separately in this case.
The map uses no mods and I can't find anything that would seem to be doing this in the data editor. Although I don't have a clue how one would do it in the data editor...
Also, the script library files are unmodified.
Separate galaxy script files sounds like a good candidate to me. How would I open these?
I was watching s tutorial s while back about how to hide your triggers. Basically, you save the map as a sc2components file, and then delete the triggers file. Apparently doing this hides your triggers, bur they still function. It's possible he did that to his map, I suppose.

He didn't do that. I'm just retarded. He had all his custom scripts squirreled away inside a folder with a misleading name. I guess the find tool was skipping over it for some reason.
Yeah, I'm really not clever enough to hide my triggers. I didn't do anything to hide them on purpose - I just have most of the interesting code in the DayNightScript. That's in the Day/Night Cycle folder.
I released the map unlocked so people can see how it was done - I really am not aiming to hide my triggers. They're just not very organized.
And here's a tip; I worked with the "View Raw Data" option enabled, so if all the trigger and variable names are the same, just hit CTRL+D to view raw data and you'll get the names I gave them.
If you have any questions about the map, ask away.

Ok I found it. Apparently I just open up the map in an mpq editor and look at the .GALAXY file...
So yeah... apparently there is a hidden place for secret triggers. I figured the map editor would at least tell me this stuff existed....
Thanks for the help Kueken!
