It's just a Send Transsmission trigger. It's what I use to make the transmission for my map. In addition you can make that Transmission trigger to play a unit sound (as done in the campaign).
I can lend you some ideas here: The Emergence of the Swarm. It's the main post of my started single player Zerg campaign. By now only posting about terrain, but I expect to "upgrade" it over time.
I might abandon this map any day, and it might never be published (I am not saying I will, but anything might occur, for example: I might lose some of the work I have been doing due to some problem in the computer/editor). This is just a possibility and I hope it will never occur.
As of now I will be working on Terrain.
Never give up on a map, is the first rule of map makers: You can just save your map on the cloud (Mediafire, e.g.) or in a pendrive, just for not loosing it (this is what I do when I leave the editor). An idea for the first mission would be to reduce the total time to 15 minutes more or less (I would stop playing if I had to stay for so long time). And for the seconds mission (some kind of the first mission): the generals arrive at the petrol station and they haveto collect the fuel while killing waves of annoyed Zerg. I'm doing a single player campaign so any help you need just PM (curren thread here: The Emergence of the Swarm) Hope to have helped you.

I do not follow you XD, that "OK" was as an approval, but...
