Btw, check screens of the terrain my generator creates. it was an attempt to create a randomly generated melee maps source, but then I was disappointed by the imperfectness of the terrain modifiers and stopped improving it.
Dude! Why don't you just make it right? You need to affect each vertex of terrain mesh separately. First, generate any lanscape you want in the array. Then copy it to the map.

My map doesn't have path blockers, becasue they don't work. Haven't experimented with visibility.
Cliff texture is retextured creep. I analyse abrupt height changes and place there creep.
Yes, I could publish my map as texture generation proof of concept in near future. That would require a couple of pictures to explain how it work.
