Idk if this is it but if you have a map initialization trigger that assigns stuff based on players then that could be the issue if u don't have a full house. If there are two players but the second is in slot four, when the loop goes through it will assign what ever is being assign, to the second active player the second time through the loop, no matter the position.
If I even explained that right.
Also in the variants for 'teams' lock in custom teams. Then below on custom teams assign them like arrays. (team1[1], team1[2]... Etc) like mentioned above. And lock them.
I've also noticed that during snap test my allies are flagged as enemies but on bnet they're allied the way my map variants say.
