The Trigger system has not changed too much since WarCraft III (the basic concepts at any rate) so I wouldn't expect a quality tutorial for triggers for quite a while. It simply isn't a priority. Tutorials for the data editor may be some time as the only people who have played with it enough to understand it totally are probably working on projects already! I have a pretty good grasp, but I don't have the time or dedication right now to write a guide and have resigned myself to answering random questions on the forum (but I feel that learning a few examples of how to use the data editor gives you a very good feel for doing things on your own anyway).
At any rate, given that the Trigger system is familiar and there aren't a lot of guides on it yet, if you look up guides on the Trigger Editor in WarCraft III (remember, just focus on concepts, not the details) then it should help you get started anyway. The Data Editor is completely new to all of us so there's no good precedent to follow. WarCraft III's Object Editor was similar in appearance but vastly different in function.
