the text is cut on the edge, the damage bonus is overlapping. is there any way to change things in there?<</quote>>
No, as of now not possible. Try to use lower damage values.
<<quote>>also i would like to add an icon for the purpose of "primary attribute" like back in WC3 - im able to give an attribute an icon but that wont show up in that interface. would be nice to add a little icon like the weapon and armor ones or something like that - is that possible?
Maybe you could fake some dialog images to that location, that would probably be screwed up by the different resolutions, though. Hardcoded there is no way I know of.

2. second problem is the damage "bonus" - thats actually from the agility, and its added behind the main damage as (30).
is there any way to change the main damage directly, and use that green amount as a real bonus like back in WC3 from items and stuff?
You can use upgrades or catalog triggers to increase the base damage. In case the main attribute should increase this, you need to set the upgrade level/catalog value according to all attribute changes.

3. the damage system.. in wc3 we had like "20 - 24 damage" and on some maps i've seen in SC2 damage values like "5.593" etc..
is there any working way to make it wc3ish with xx - xx? if not, how do i achieve that x.xxx damage system?
Random damage can be reproduced in the data (or trigger) editor, however there is no easy way to let it show up in the ui.
Easy. The name of attributes is a text field. One line, but text. You can add an image to text.
So instead of calling your attribute "Agi", you call it "<img path="Assets\Textures\btn-ability-protoss-charge-color.dds"/>Agi"
You might need to adjust the size of the image.
