but uh yeah, the neon tubes are a little excessive detail. Unless you're doing third person shooter it will enver be visible. It took me 10 minutes to even find it.
burnt out truck, burnt out seige tank, burnt out trees, burnt out buildings, but no fire. Also, if it was a town why is there no garbage or human remains, and why are there no stumps? I have never seen that many houses somewhere with trees devoid of people chainsawing stumps out of their yards. One idea this gave me is to combine fence doodads, garage doodads, and deadman's port doodads to make a tin roofed storage shed that you can look into. Perhaps put valhalla cabinets and a wrecked mule inside. hope it helps!
Regarding your fence. Don't use generic metal fence post doodads, what you shoudl do instead is use the agria underbrush doodad for the cut stump, and resize it to very small X and Y and very large Z value, this will give you a matching "wooden" texture, then make a custom color and make it orange and vwalah! it will match your boards andd be wood.
Edit; mind if i steal your fence idea? I think it's really awesome.
I like it as well, but there aren't enough combinations of building type doodads for my liking. I wish there were more windows, doors, canopies, chairs, poles, brick rubble and other cityscape models.
I have over 1000 doodads in my main city and i cant come up with new designs anymore because there isnt enough variance in doodads.
also, nice idea with the cliff inside the ruined building. I just filled up ruined buildings with other doodads like desks and installation roofs so they looked less vacant. Never thought of actually filling them lol
take storefront windows and face them into eachother so the reflective side is in, then you have a double sided backing for your light up sign so you cant see through it.

it's good that 100% is too large, if you shrink it the textures look great! xD

I do all my structures like that. Take a look at two of them, one in working condition and one worn down.
