If you look at the "races" data type and pick Zerg, you see, that the hatchery is the first entry for the start units. So assuming the engine spawns the start units in the given order, actually the hatchery would be first. Depending on the order the engine handles unit creations, drones or larvae would be next (when creating the hatch, does it create the larvae right away even before the engine spawns the next starting units, the drone? Or is the drone created first?)
€ a quick test showed, that the larvae are not present on the map directly after spawning a hatchery via triggers. So the correct order would be:
Hatchery -> Drone -> Overlord (also a starting unit, gets spawned before the larvae) -> larva
the hatchery is created by a drone and a drone is created by a.... larva :) the buildings of the zerg are living things made out of drones and drones are created by larva's so the hatchery is also created by larva's
...and every larva spawns from a hatchery.
