Alright, using the example they gave you: dyke. Not to be confused with the word dike, and no, the two are not interchangeable. Google any online dictionary. Because this is a word with no double meanings, it needs no context or sentence. It can only be taken as a derogatory slang for lesbian. So, I bet a more accurate situation was something like: "I'm a girl and I'm reporting this, because that word is offensive." or "I'm a guy and I'm reporting this, because that word is offensive."
For the sake of argument:

And if it's only a derogatory word for a lesbian then was does this mean?
...the Swastika shape that the mobs ended up forming completely coincidentally...
Yea, it's a chain of unfortunately coincidences that they form up like this every time you play the map. It doesn't have anything to do with the way the triggers and regions are set up.
Blizzard will never ever remove every map containing bad language or other minor issues, they'll restrict themselves to the bad cases.
The reason why Blizzard set-up so strict rules and broad definitions is to escape any sort of law-suits and whatnot. If they'd accurately define everything somebody would find a loophole and abuse it.
But this way Blizzard can always say "NO U DONT". And I like that. I think it's necessary. Blizzard will basically be the police. In real live some police officers probably wouldn't have any problems knocking you out and letting it look like you assaulted them in the first place. But you trust them not to do this.
Well.. gotta trust Blizzard now.

They're probably using a spell checker with American English. It's "dike" for AE and "dyke" for BE.
~ Afk now, Ima construct myself some dykes ~

It's contradictory only to the subjective people :)
