Yea, you have to fiddle a little. The syntax is this:
<<youtube xxxxx>>
The xxxx is the code of your video. Let's say we want to embed this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zU3AvPzC51E
Then we take everything behind the "v=". So we need "zU3AvPzC51E". That's the code of the video.
Now we can enter that into our syntax:
<<youtube zU3AvPzC51E>>
And the outcome:
(I randomly grabbed this from the front page - this video is in no way connected with me lol)
PS: Sometimes there's some additional junk with the video link like this

You can either remove that from the link or leave it. Doesn't really matter. If you want to remove it, then just take the part between "v=" and the first "&" in the link. That's the pure code of the vid.
