LAN might be a flavorless version of BNET, but LAN has some key advantages.
All the stuff has been discussed so much that I won't bother going over it again. I'm sure everyone knows it already.
But making a "Professional Edition" that'll probably cost more than the base original (I mean hey.. it's Professional!) is just weak.
That basically URGES legit Starcraft buyers to get a second, illegal version for playing on LAN parties. Especially because it sounds like this special edition might not even be available for public use.
