@lgamerl: Go To make unlimited minerals and gas, you have to edit the behaviors associated with the Mineral Field and Vespene Geyser units. I'm not sure if you can actually set them to be unlimited, but you can set very high values anyway.
@wargirlwargirl: Go You can do that by changing the unit's footprints. With custom footprints for minerals and geysers that don't apply the resource flags when they are placed, command centers and other structures can be placed as close as you want.
Just edit the resource behaviour of the minerals/gas or add a buff that uses a periodic Modify Unit effect to regen and lost minerals (validated by a Unit Compare Resource Contents validator) like the last fastest map.
The placement apply/check part of the footprint editor is what you want.
