I can't find a thread regarding this problem, so excuse me, when there already is a thread I just can't seem to find.
I created many morph abilities so that a building can morph into several other buildings depending on what the player chooses.
So.... it went all great until I added one more. Then the game began to crash in the loading screen. I tried some things but I haven't got a solution yet....
Game does not crash, when I delete another ability, so I guess there has to be some sort of limit? I think I am at 10 now (just counting the morph abilities).
Then I tried to add this Mod to a map and make changes in the map then.... same problem.
Oh and it does not crash, when the abilities are not added to the building....
Maybe anyone has an idea? Or another way to replace the buildings without using triggers and instead of using the morph abilities....

that's what works:
Building M(ain) is the first building and can morph into two different buildings so far... then the next building can just evolve(morph) into one more
M>>A1>>A2>>A3>>A4>>A5
M>>B1>>B2>>B3>>B4>>B5
Now, the problem is the third morph.... when I add another possible choice for M to morph to another building, there it crashes
M>>C1 -> Crash
- Everytime it morhpes it becomes a totally new building.
- It just occurs when I actually add the ability to the building....
- And it's a Mod, not a map.... if it's relevant in any way....
Yeah I have one unit who can morph into 10 different units so that shouldn't be an issue. I had a LOT of problems with the morphs causing SC2 to crash though. I found that whenever it happened, I would just have to suck it up and remake the entire morph ability and sometimes even the unit, actor, and event list. That would fix my problem 95% of the time. The other 5% was pure, utter, frustration, hatred, despair, and torture as I tried to figure out the issue haha
as I said, i would recommend attaching your map to your post, I dont think theres much more help that can be given until we can see exactly whats going on ourselves.

Did you try makign a secondary unit that can do the same? but morph in different buildings.

Never heard of this happening yet, do a few debugging tests and lets go from there.
1) add those morph abilities to a different unit...what happens?
2)Split them up between two units, see what happens as well.
if both cases show a crash, would you mind uploading your map?

Further tests.....
Marine morphs perfectly into tank, reaper or marauder.... so there shouldn't be a problem with the three morph abilites on one unit....

remade the ability -> crash
then remade unit, actors, models and again the ability -> still crash
