I'm working on my FPS movement scripts, and everything works fine, but I want to prevent my unit from engaging enemies when he nears them. Any help would be appreciated.
Take away his weapon.
If he still needs it then turn on the unit's Worker flag.
taking away the units weapon is prolly your best choice for an fps .... considering you really should be using the units weapon when shooting in an fps

isn't the minimum scan range at the weapon not made for this?
Donno. Isn't Scanning = Something with Attack Move?

Give the unit the GhostHoldFire ability and turn it on?
