how to make Flying viking autocast assault mode when there is no ground unit within its range and Ground viking autocast fighter mode when there is no air unit within its range ?
Give each mode a Buff behaviour with an Enumerate Area validator that searches for ground or air units. The buff when not disabled periodically uses an Issue Order effect to morph. Still there would be a problem is there are no enemies nearby which would require another Enumerate Area validator that disables the buffs if there are no enemies in the area.

Give it 2 hidden attacks, one for air, one for ground. Those attacks share their cooldown with the normal attack (and their cooldown is slightly higher), they are also hidden.
The groound attack issues the viking to land and the air attack issues the viking to fly again.

how to add Enumerate Area validator in viking unit ?? this way seems not easy at all.. I made something that makes viking use ability.
You add it to the disable field of the buff behaviours and you add the behaviours to the viking.
Basicly the enumerate area validator counts the number of units or total vital in an area returning true or false. If false it disables the buff so there is no periodic effect from the buff which orders your viking to morph.
