So im importing some new FX sounds and i need couple of things to be sorted.
I need to know how to:
When Worker gathers Iron or Gold it would use one sound loop if Tree you would hear chopping sound playing. Plus how to make pauses between loops (plays too often and surely out of sync with animation).
Other sounds need to switch depending on target when Unit Hits the Building or a Unit. Tried using materials stuff in Weapon actors impact and setting all buildings models to Dirt like in Weapon actors to play sound seems like it doesnt work.
As I remember, models have a field where you define its material. And then in action actor you define sounds for each material. If it won't work, I'll check my civ map, there I use it.
BTW how to make a Sequence for a unit animation to fire? Using persistant effect before missle is fired and damage is applied. Need to make Sounds to start loop playing when it charging up, firing, and damage to the target sound. Case now it plays launch and impact sound when damage is applied and fired missle (lastly added in tokens and that now cause it, used siege tank actor/weapon to make weapon).
Edit: made it some how working for some units, for others its quite out of sync..
