If you use Behavior Disable/Remove Validators, note that when they are true, the behavior works, while the behavior gets disabled/removed, when they are false.
what is important to remember is that validators return FALSE.
I downloaded your map, fixed it all (why were you using Unit Order Queue)??, made cloak no need to research, removed the stupid camera pan, moved the ghost to the bottom left of the map(where the camera always starts) added some hostile High Templar, Infestors, Ravens.
I set it up like you did, except mine is
(Unit Order Count is Less than 1) OR (( Order MOVE is greater than or equal to [1] ) OR ( Order ATTACK is greater than or equal to [1] ))
I have a problem with some validators. I want a validator that removes a behavior(cloak) when any ability besides attack or move is used(like snipe).
Right now I have
I have the above validator in an And combine validator with an Or combine validator of the following two validators
