added advanced weapon #1: Mines, places instantly a mine to the location of the crosshairs (no preparing time - but will come next update), if any unit walks over the mine 5dmg are caused to the unit it-self (killing infested ones instant, and reducing by 20% per 1range, total range = 5), advanced weapons share cooldown of 30s

updated target cursor, some effects increased(impact) & changed
changed impulse weapon (increased radius, last 5seconds, but cannot be applied twice within 10 seconds)
added hellion - acts like a glas-cannon, means it is fast but very vulnerable, but deals 4 damage
added viking(ground) - mostly like a marauder just faster
fixed a bug where marauders had 1 armor and/or tank weapon was effected by armor

the turret on the siege tank now only follows the crosshairs instead of the whole tank :)
reduced marauder speed to 1.75
increased scale of all enemy models to 1.75

added new weapon (arrow down) 'Impulse Cannon' delay = 2s shares with Shock gun, will create a stasis field dragging all units passing by (r=3) into it.

Crosshairs speed now increases(0.75) with time and reduces to default(10.0) on any direction change
"Score: " text should now be displayed correctly on any localization

reduced hp & damage values (i.e. marine has now 1 hp, siege tank does 3damage in r=0.5, 80% in r=1.5, 66% r=2, 33% r=2.5)
