I've had a few requests for recolored effects this is what I've done so far.If i say so myself there pretty freaking awesome. There not perfect but there honestly quite good. So please give credit if you use these.
It would be much more useful if you recoloured all the effects to white, then we can tint them to whatever we want with the editor and get the exact colour :S
@JacktheArcher: Go Yes we can tint effects but I must say retextured ones look waaaay better than tinted ones. Specially if you want something more complex like new color combinations that you can't get by tinting.
Good work! We need more people working on effects.
Quite frankly even this wasn't necessary cause anyone can tint the effects actor any color. I was just told that since red is primary you can't turn red blue however this is bogus and can be easily done through tinting.
On the matter of what you actually stated I believe dark swarm was already created idk if i could make restoration.
