Protoss BW Mission 5: Battle of Braxis and Mission 8: Countdown
Artanis does not spawn on either map. It doesn't matter in Battle of Braxis, since the only condition related to him is that he can't die. You have to exist to die. On Countdown, however, you must bring him to the Temple. Since he isn't there, the mission is impossible to complete.

This isn't a bug. It is because 7.x for brood war hasn't been released, yet, so you are trying to run 7.x mod with 6.x broodwar maps, which will be buggy and won't work properly.
