Khaydarin Monolith cannot be warped. [ENSR IV-3] #758

    Bug Description

     

    Building a Khaydarin Monolith stops at 20 HP.
    If I add "Build in progress (Terran)" to Monolith's abilities - the problem disappears.
    Note: "Build in progress (Terran)" must be first (Index 0).
    Strange but effective. :)
