So there's nothing unique about Zerg10 in particular that would or wouldn't stop a Carrier from launching interceptors. So I took a look at the master script and its just used a suggested AI logic to build interceptors (and scarabs for Reavers for that matter). It's possible some spawned Carriers or new Carriers just aren't following that AI logic for some reason, so I changed it for them to force build scarabs/interceptors after existing orders to ensure they can attack.
