SC EXPANDED
SC Expanded adds variety to the standard melee maps. Players can affiliate to a faction (or brood, tribe), unlocking exclusive units, structures and abilities. It uses many units and abilities seen in SC2 campaigns, but many more were created for this mod. Many "useless" units got a new role and are available for players.

Join the official thread to report bugs and post your suggestions. We are constantly trying to improve our gameplay. There is also an SC Expanded group on Battlenet where you can find players.
This extension mod is available in the "Custom Games" section of Battle.net and is published on NA, EU and KR servers. Search for 'expanded' when browsing for extension mods and have fun.
Selecting a Terran faction:
WARNING: This mod requires the Left 2 Die mod as a dependency, which means that if you test it offline you may experience some errors if you don't have the mod in your Starcraft mods folder. Extract all the mods to your mods folder and test them using the map included.

Very interesting project. I tried add some units on my test map (Choker and Kaboomer for example) but models aren't loaded correctly. Any idea whats wrong?
I'd like to just test all these units. I can't do that on test document properly. I'm not able to select any faction at beginning.
Can I play this against AI? Am I doing something wrong?
@er490: I just added the Valkyrie and I'm going to work on the other units. The Reaver will be included.

this game would be so BA if the reaver was in it!!!!!

@user_663439: If you find any problems with tooltips or any information that could be more detailed, please PM describing it and I'll work to improve it. I share the same point of view that all tooltips and help must be perfect so players won't get lost.

This is really great, loved all the choices, but I've found one very small problem. The tooltips for Raptors still says Glidelings (when you select a group of them and hover over their portrait).
Wow great this is great... its weird cause I was thinking of doing almost the exact same thing with very similar ideas...for th protoss I thought you could use some darkprotoss which could be interesting I have a crap load of other ideas if youd like to know them PM me or maybe ill just post them on here eventually but this is better then i was gonna do... I could see this becoming very popular.

Just played it. The ai is amazing, it seems as if It should be its own video game :) hybrids seem overpowered, though. Either that, or im way better at protoss than i think. I think its hillarious how the requirement for reaver is ask blizz for model. The sc1 mod actually has a really good reaver, i know that im using that one in my campaign.
Arakan Citadel and Lost Temple updated today so the AI will train units properly just like in the Abyss map.
Mod isn't published on b.net, please do that??? and DUH im in US server, trololol, but I don't think you published it, I see the 1.29 version, but thats been up for a long time, :/
