I do all kinds of different kitbashes and retextures.
I am currently struggling with burnout and I am learning to live in some healthy balance. That means I will not release models very often, but sometimes I will make some when I feel like it. So I guess you could consider me semi-retired ? Anyway, I am not doing any requests for the moment, until my mind is healed, which might take a long time. So please do not ask any requests of me, no exceptions (Asking for a fix if model is broken is not a problem). But I still want to do at least some models and share them with you. Hopefully you will find some of them useful :)

I would also love to continue making story maps that would include my own models (But that's probably only a dream now. I have very little time and energy for that).
And last but not least, I'd really love to do more commander concepts with videos, because people seem to love those, of course those would require additional models and lot of them. You can find the list of potential commander concepts that I currently have in mind here: List of potential Commander Concepts (on the bottom of the page).
Original credits go to Activision Blizzard and their respective authors. Most of my stuff is made from their models, textures and voicelines, which means, don't use my assets for any commercial purposes. Otherwise you are free to use my models as you want including edits. Crediting is not necessary as long as you don't claim the model as your own. For edited models, I'd like to be credited as original author.

Can I apply for these 2 requests? It's for 2 Terran units.
The first is an unmanned/drone mecha that fires a MG/Missiles and looks like this (Basically it fills the role of the Goliath from SC1):
The second one is a futuristic Terran version of this (A robot dog with a machine gun and maybe with dual rocket launchers as an upgrade, it's supposed to be able to deploy and turn into an immobile turret with an MG and Rocket Launcher, then undeploy back again into dog form):
As a bonus, if you can't do one of the other 2, and in case I can ever manage to somehow extract this model from Maelstrom (old RTS game) and you're down to simply convert it to StarCraft 2, it's a bomber that transforms into a tank, it's also a robotic vehicle:

Hi Alex,
I'm sorry, but Cerberus is right. In the rules there is a part saying that the requesting can only be done by private messages. This is to make sure I know who requested first, as the messages will be listed this way. So as much as it pains me, I'll have to say no to your requests for now. Hopefully you will have better luck next time :)

Because I wasn't able to upload the image here to my SC2 mapster gallery, so I uploaded it to another website, but apparently it is no longer available -_-.

I'd be willing to pay, if you want, since your requests are filled, but honestly, it'd be a very simple thing.
I've tried to do it in blender or to use dialog items and failed horribly, so if you could, it would be amazing.
This would be for my Faction Campaign, Legacy of the Tal'darim in the arcade, which I am resuming work on after a little while of being stuck. Thanks,

My time can't be bought, so there is no way I'll do it that way. But perhaps I may do it for free if it really is something simple. But I don't really know if it truly is. It's never a good thing to say that something is simple or easy regarding SC2 models as Blender can turn something that seems simple into a nightmare.
So yeah, I will have a look and I'll let you know if I think it's possible for me to do it or not.
Also, I wish you a good luck with your campaign !

Hey Dave, I love the newest model and I'm using it for a really cool Mech Walker unit, the Penumbra. However, I've noticed that the lighting on the gun portion of the model can look a little weird when the model is at facing sideways angles (I'm guessing inverted normals?). I don't think that this is related to my implementation of the model, but if you think it is then please let me know! (This is on Ultra graphics settings by the way)

I'm glad you like the model. And yeah, you are right, the lighting / shadows on the gun are weird. I tried to fix it, but I was only able to make it slightly better, but not able to fix it completely. I just have no clue on how to do that in Blender.

Hey Dave, I figured out what the issue is!
I was right about the inverted normals. For some reason the M3 Material "CastanarPowerups blue" had a Flag checked called "Dark Normal Mapping", which I'm assuming flipped the normals for that texture. That flag just needs to be unchecked and then the normals on the gun work properly!

Hi,
Cool that you found out about this. However now the gun seems to have the lighting mirrored. Rest of the model seems to have lighter right side (from the perspective of the walk direction of the model) and darker left side, while the gun seems to be mirrored to that. At least that's how it seems on the image on the left.

Hey Dave, I have been going through some of the custom models that I was using and trying to fix some bugs I had with them. One that I had with the Crusader mech was that the selection circle would appear whenever I clicked on the unit in the editor, but in-game it would not appear.
I just found out what was causing the issue, the Ref_Origin attachment point on the model was about -1.1 units below ground level. Since selection circles in-game are drawn based on the origin point, it must have been drawing the selection circles underground. I'm assuming that it was like this because you forgot to move it after copying the colossus bone structure.
