Changelog

A new SCV for Heaven's Devils (Tychus' forces in co-op), because I really don't like them using Umojan stuff. Lots of ideas are by my friend.

- Unit model

- Portrait model + static portrait

Recommended portrait lighting: Blizzcon2017_SCV_Portrait    (However it goes well with almost every SCV portrait lighting)
