Fixed Battlecruisers not being able to target ground
Increased Battlecruiser Weapon Projectile Size and Speed
Fixed Spidermines targetting and killing neutral units (critters)
Arbiter no longer cloaks buildings
Reaver Splash damage increased significantly
Use Spider Mines now requires a target and functions similar to BW
*Note. when Vultures in large numbers are ordered to plant mines they will bug out and try to path around vultures ahead of them regardless of the fact they do not need to. Magic box still applies. do it wrong and all vultures will try to plant mines on 1 location
