So Terran and protoss are mostly done but may need some tuning

-vikings balanced

-cobras now trainable

-archons now trainable

-stations now die(and everything around them) when the nexus/defence command/station frame dies

-scouts added

-warp prisom functional

-no more vespane

-train times are correct

-costs balanced

-carriers now properly priced

-motherships do not cloak

-motherships have wormhole transit

-no work on zerg

-a couple bugs
