I'm hoping that is the case - I'm really excited about the new editor updates; but if there's one thing I've learned about Blizzard over the past 12+ years, is that they sometimes fail to address the obvious and make things better for their userbase. In this case, it seems obvious to include the Reforged models, but will they? Here's to hoping.
Regardless - has anyone developed any recent tools / methods to actually get WoW models and animations from the most recent version of WoW Model viewer into SC2? Looks like the old methods are outdated and no longer work. I'm teeming with enthusiasm and ideas, but its somewhat predicated on having these sorts of options available to editors & modders.
Bump - i know this is old, but in light of the new updates to the SC2 editor it would be great if somebody had a way to get Reforged models and WoW models in there. Looks like the new WoW model viewer doesn't let you export .m3 anymore sadly.

If only they ported the reforged models to ac2, or at least made an easier way to convert mdx to m2 quickly
