A quick update: We're going to be pushing the top ten reveal and therefore the voting period to next week, Tuesday July 8 until Thursday July 15. I'll be posting something more formal on the Arcade site tomorrow as well. Sorry for the wait!
I don't know about your tutorial issue but I can ask someone about it if no one here has an answer. We'll still consider the tutorial if it's uploaded as part of your submission.
I'm not sure exactly if I'm following but to reiterate, the map you submit cannot be touched until the contest is over. You can do whatever you want with any other map, as long as it's not the one you submitted for the contest. Uploading a second copy of your game that is clearly labeled is a viable option.
Blizzard and the players will only be judging the 'RTC' version.
We're in the home stretch for our contest and we wanted to put out a final checklist for you guys to review to make sure you have everything ready to go.
In case anyone hadn't seen it yet, we're doing another last minute test session at 3 PM PST till 6 PM PST. Hop online if you need some last minute testing.
I'm hosting an Arcade Night focused on testing out games being developed for our contest. Anyone who is interested should show up and host a lobby and we'll get players to play your games and give feedback. Let me know if you have any questions.
A similar question was emailed to me and my recommendation is to design your map only on current features and assets. Betting on updates coming in time for your project is, in my opinion, too risky, especially if you are talking about Blizzard timetables.

Are you able to zip up your map and tutorial and upload them both as a submission?

All the judging details are located in the rules under the judging sections.

We'll make sure to have enough players when we go through the games, don't worry. =)

I definitely plan on doing more of these and at different times to try to cover as many people as possible. And yes, this is on the NA server.

I'm looking into the size limit.

Oh I didn't respond to the size limit. The submission size limit is 100 MB.

Even though it was answered already, less then 6 players is totally fine.

There is absolutely no advantage or disadvantage based on how many players your game requires.
