    There was a good map similar to battel tanks made by Evyin (similar nick). But it became worse over time.

    I really loved Battle Tanks in wc3.

    No modding tools except MAP editor.

    No official exporter/importer for models. So all you can do is make MAPS. And modding the game is hard since you dont have exporter/importer for models.

    I left "modding"(mapping) community because there is almost no support from Blizzard.

    Sc2 is for no Ladder(MP) and Campaign game. No custom maps. Not sure how long the game will live like this.

    Maybe EtherPad is causing code alligment: check if its a bit different here or still messy.

    There is a lot of additional code inside the script that isnt needed at all. Some that I disabled.
    And there are also some actions that are not needed.
    Like, there is an action that disables posting links in description. Cant find it tho.

    And title field is storing value in $author field. Can this be disabled ?

    Starting to learn php, bit by bit. Googling things around...

    Took this script and changed few fields; contains garbage of things I changed and that are now not necesary; basically I stripped few actions.

    You have 3 fields. Description, Title and Website, that was changed from 2 fields, Description and Author.

    All three fields require you to input some value inside them. I want that optional for description(text) field.

    Usually, each time you open a page there is author name being restored:

    Now I want this input into another field.

    There is checkup on line 105.

    If there is no input inside that field, comment box, it will trigger another action:
    SDV($NoCommentMessage, '$[Please enter a description]');

    Instead of that I want input in that fields.
    Understand ? I tried few things, I managed to change a lot. But I still lack of knowlede and I am unable to do more complex things like this. Still looks quite easy, but not without basic knowledge.

    Or, optional, someone can just disable option where is a must to input something into description field. Either that or input "No Description" on checkout.

    I'we been struggling with some code in script I am trying to modify, so far changed lot of things but there's one thing I dont know. I have almost no experience in php. Been doing some php long time ago, butforgot it all.

    Its not that hard and its small change, but I just cant do it due to my lack of basic php knowledge.

    Anyone can help me with this ?

    Editing SC2Layout files.

    I'll PM you tomorrow. Our Lead Programmer isnt showing any kind of determination in finishing this project. Si I'mk planning to to make this mod community owned project if s3rius allowes to share his code. What I had in plan almost since beginning.

    I think that the project has great potential as fun and simple map what its purpose is after all. Its not a competitive game, for now. Its more like a map(mod) that you would play between two serious maps, or map that you would play to relax and have some fun and laugh. Cant have all right ? We developed map in this way that we tried to adapt map to user wishes. So far, we got possitive feedback on all points.

    I'm working on a mod for another game(that I placed on pause coz of my school exams), and also working on some more serious project what means that I cant invest any free time into learning new skills since I am already modeler and animator.

    I'll share project documentation tomorrow, when I get my head straight.

    posted a message on SC2 players are so depressing...

    I rarely play melee. I dislike rushing. Not fun to me. I never play 1v1 coz this is competetive game and I dislike small competetive games (like DotA).

    When I play melee I play 2v2 or 3v3 WITH friends. Its always fun. And when someone does error it doesnt matter.

    Yesterday we played 4 rounds in a row. 1st round I was terran and I sucked so hard lol. Enemy rushed my ally with lots of army and I had only 2 marines. I am usually zerg.

    We finally won 4th round :D . One of us was quite good player, one is builing same units all the time -.-', and I am slow on hotkeys lol.

    And I havent been in game argument for ages... I quite DotA coz community was really really terrible.

    One of best community is Mechwarrior community, that also includes Crysis mode Mechwarrior living Legends.

    I am not using this site anymore at all. Only playing The Card game 1-3 times a week for like 1 hours per play. Only thing I use Sc2 for.

    Community as modders is really weak and unmotivated so there is no reason to waste time in here in my opinion.

    Alrik, there should not be shading problems. I dont have them anymore. ONly problem I have are specular map tearing the texture shading now... All works fine without specular, but looks dull... I havent tested anything since then, coz I dont have time. But try to create new box model and test it ingame, but all maps.
