    eeh, every map from #4 and on use a ton of copyrighted material. No arcade for Marauders.

    But hey if someone wants to make a Marauders map, feel free. As long as you don't trample on what little canon there is. If you want to use the data from the current maps, let me know and I'll help you decipher it. Spoiler: It's hot garbage.

    They don't own the idea, they own the literal assets. As long as the new game doesn't shamelessly rip off the visuals, then you should be fine.

    Import the textures first under assets/textures, save, then import the model. Save, restart the editor, model should be fine. This is how I do it.

    Snipers are using hellion attacks...? I hate the coop dependency so much. Always breaking my stuff.

    Edit: Aight fixed the infested being trainable and sniperauders not sniping. Their attack actually looks better now.

    I used a few Devastator turrets with towers of power to help defend from the enemy waves. Mostly to buy time for your army, but they clear out the marines and medics on their own quite well.

    Army comp: Marauders, Roasters (for the marines), Thumpers, Roborauders, Big-ass marauders. Dump minerals on spaztastics and punk blasters. I also try to maintain 6 mecharauders for mining with about 4 MCUs to build.

    If you play your cards right and stay on top of your macro, you should be maxed out every time the train does a lap after 50%. I lost about 50 supply every lap towards the end.

    The screenie I attached shows the end. Note the amount of money i have and how much is gone from the map. I killed it two laps after the screenshot.

    Well I got sick. Sick enough to stay home from work. That means loads of free time.

    To spend mapping.

    6 day gap between map releases. Mission accomplished.

    On another note, I've got two different map ideas and I don't know which one to do first. They are:

    1) A snowy summit, Cool Down's search for some baller ice cream only to be halted by the Snowblowers.

    2) A recreation of the very original Marauders! map from 2010 that is no longer available anywhere on the internet.

    Decide for me por favor.

    Not sure where to put this...

    Ever since they added mutators to coop, I've had the mutator icons stuck on my screen when using the coop dependency. You can't highlight them or anything.

    Anyone know how to make them go away?

    So the next map is set in the urban nightlife, complete with thuggish Marauders and rap music. You control a marauder named Cool Down, a cool guy who does cool things. There's a problem though...

    ...I can't figure out what to fill the map with. I've got the beginning and the ending hashed out. It's currently set up kind of like the Mechanic where its reminiscent of Metroid. The map looks like a downtown area with several structures and alleyways you can look around. I've got a parking lot, a small bar, and a totally not walmart. Basically I need some suggestions to get the creative juices flowing. If someone inspires me I'll work their name into it so that Cool Down can kill you. Feel free to be completely ridiculous as well, as this is Marauders.
