2. Remove your microphone THEN press the record button (it will record itself on another track slighty later for a slight echo, or you can copy & paste the first track into a second one about 0.1-0.2 seconds later)
3. Highlight both tracks entirely
4. Go to Effects > Echo
5. Delay Time = 0.1, Decay Factor = 0.2
6. Press OK :P
7. Go to Effects > Change Pitch
8. Use the Slide Bar and the Percent Change should be around -8% depending on your own voice.
9. Press OK :P
10. Done!!

This is hard to do, but my first time doing it I also went to Effects > GVerb and added that for a more Dry-Echoy voice, very hard to do though.
This is what I got using GVerb:

Hello everyone, I am now recruiting the following for a new Hero Survival map, planned to be a one of a kind map supporting many different play styles.
Hero Survival (no name yet) is city based map where zerg has overrun the dominion and the player must survive while building enough forces to expand to continue building and killing enemy players for bonuses.
I am currently in need of:
Terrain Artist (Touch Ups)
Each position has its own ups and downs. Each person will be responsible for their workload by the required date, if applicable. I will be fulfilling the job of Data Specialist for this project.
Terrain: Touch up the current terrain and make it more strategical.
Earlier today I downloaded the Crysis 3 beta and sadly, I only ran 20-25 fps on low, VERY hard to play in. Is there anyone out there with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti OR GTX 670 that wouldn't mind downloading Crysis 3 beta (Free) and tell me how their FPS is on all high settings.
I am trying to decide to get either a 660 Ti or 670, If 660 Ti can handle High settings on Crysis 3 at at least 35 FPS then thats fine.
I was thinking making a trigger with (if the mineral cap is 10,000) conditions saying IF Player X gets >=10,001 minerals THEN set player property Minerals Set To 10,000
First off, Welcome to SC2Mapster! :D I am Cybrok, a pretty well known advanced data editor here, so if you have a question about anything related to the data editor just PM me.
The terrain you did was amazing, if you don't mind, can I borrow you for some touching up on the terrain of my map? :)
You can post by simply opening the File drop-down list and selecting Publish, this will ask you to log in to your account in the editor, this WILL disconnect you from any game you're playing, there you set the map name, private or public, version and locked or unlocked.
Sounds great, let me introduce myself, I am Cybrok (YoCheese on bnet lol) I am the Data Specialist/Designer for Evo Frenzy, please add me or Twintedwisp on skype so we can fill you in.

you could download 3DS Max and just make a block with one solid color of your choice and export it as an .dds and use it as a terrain texture.
