One more quick thing. You use a trigger to attach that region to the battlecruiser every .001 seconds.

    Some things about that approach:
    1. My friend and colleague SCBroodSC2 has been on my case a lot about this kinds of trigger—it uses a lot of processing power to keep doing something that frequently.
    2. You only need to attach once, I believe.

Personally, if that's the only use for the region, I'd just move it when the trigger fires.

Ok, I think I may not be understanding entirely what you want, but I think that you want to move all selected units in Region 009 to Point 004 when the player types "dock." You probably want to exclude the Battlecruiser itself and any buildings (which are a type of unit). I've attached another attempt. Type dock 2 to run the trigger. Here's what we've got:

    Event: Same as last time.
    Actions:
Unit Group - Pick each unit in (Any units in Region 009 owned by player 1 matching Excluded: Structure, Missile, Dead, Hidden, with at most Any Amount) and do (Actions)
This tells us the engine that we're going to do something to every unit in Region 009
General - If (Conditions) then do (Actions) else do (Actions)
By default, we would perform an action on every unit, but we don't want that. So we use "If Then Else."
    If
((Picked unit) is selected by player 1) == True
(Unit type of (Picked unit)) != Battlecruiser
We use two conditions here, one that makes sure the unit is picked, one to make sure it's not a Battlecruiser.
    Then
Unit - Move (Picked unit) instantly to Point 004 (No Blend)
    Pretty self-explanatory.
    Else
If it doesn't meet those conditions, don't do anything.

Oh! Sorry that I didn't understand that part. How'd you end up working it out?

Ok, you're all turned around here and I see why.

So what you're trying to do is to this, in rough order:

    1. User types "dock" 2. All selected units are moved to point 4.

You're actually almost there, but things got confusing on this thread, so I totally see where you got thrown off. I've attached your map here with what I think you're looking for. Select some units and type dock 2 and they'll move. Here's why:

Event: Game - Player Any Player types a chat message containing "dock 2", matching Exactly Pretty clear, and you'd figured this out.

Unit Group - Pick each unit in (Selected units for player 1) and do (Actions) Find each unit the player has selected and do something. Actions Unit - Move (Picked unit) instantly to Point 004 (No Blend) Move that unit to Point 004. This function loops over each unit the group, which is how it moves everything. Hope that helps!

No problem—you gotta start somewhere. I still haven't really settled on a format for my own organization, honestly.

    Thoughts in Chaos

With our remakes of Psionic Storm and Negative Suns now wrapping up, we've pulled back the curtain today on our next project: Thoughts in Chaos, our fan version of the unfinished third episode of the Antioch Chronicles. Things are going quite well, but we could definitely use help in the following:

    Voice Actors

In order to produce a campaign worthy of being called the Antioch Chronicles, we'll need a fairly large amount of voice work. Visit our voice acting page for information about joining the cast! We've got big parts, medium parts, and bit parts, and need a great variety of help!

    Map Work

    Artist/Modeler

This position would include minor modifications to existing models (removing weapons, changing textures, etc) We would also be happy to include some custom models if you are so inclined, but for the most part this position would involve modifications more than creation.

    Data/Trigger/General Galaxy Editor

This is a pretty general role, we’re looking primarily somebody to help with triggering our maps, this would involve creating unique and interesting game play mechanics and the creation of in-game cinematics for voice over work. If you have experience with ability creation or other editor functions that is a plus but not necessary.

All positions should be team players and willing to put time into the project. We understand that people have lives and we aren’t in a rush to get things out the door, we want a quality product. All we ask is that any time you say you will commit to us, you follow through on. At this time we don’t use deadlines, though when closer to release we might need to in order to make certain goals. We’re a pretty laid back group overall, familiarity with SVN is a plus for all positions but is not necessary. Willingness to use SVN and our particular communication channels are a must. Thoughts in Chaos

    As revealed in :

    View our project page!

Team Antioch is proud to announce that we have begun work on The Antioch Chronicles: Episode 3. It took us some time to decide to take the dive into completing this famous piece of work, but we have already made great strides into completing it, with a complete script, several functional maps, and a nearly complete mod for it.

We have taken elements of the script released by Auspex Studios after the cancellation of the project, but as we don’t intend to continue past Episode 3 with their story we decided to make some changes. Our script was primarily written by our Project Lead, Adrian Bettridge-Wiese (Lucid Iguana), with contributions from Skyler Redmon (3yks), Abraham Yunes-Gonzalez (Alevice), and Chris Colton (DTZ). Those who have read the original script will find that we ventured in a different direction, but we feel that it stays true to the themes of the first two and gives a completed story instead of leaving several open plot holes that were intended to be resolved in future chapters of the story.

    Help Wanted

We hope to bring forth an episode worthy of the Antioch name, and as such are seeking to fill a few positions on our team.
