    hi..tks for the reply...really i have read a lot about attachment points and i did some suscefully test, i will use the wow models from wow model viewer that was tested, ill just use the more easy attachmente points....i hope dont to have troubleshootings...i will try some things again

    Hi...im doing a map where the heroes can carry items, and each one have a diferent model attached to hero model, and each one can only be showed when equiped...rpg style...as wow for example...for each item a diferent model attached to the hand of my hero...i did it to easy in warcraft editor but i cant do the same way in sc2 map editor...how i can do this by the easy way?

     

    in the wc3 editor i just create a item with a buff ...and the buff have a point field for attach a model for the effect in the unit with the buff.

     

    can some one pls help me with a easy tutorial or with a some link for one...and sorry for the english...tks

    hi...can some one suggest me a thread or help me how can i to edit the wow model animations names to be abble to use in SC2 editor? i mean...i downloaded the m3 model from wow model viewer....it have for example the animation name Attack1H but this is not a valid one in starcraft map editor...then i need to change this name for some valid one...how can i to do it? its in blender posible? how? wich its the easyest mode for a newbie mapper? what tool i need to do it? pls blender software mainly...its the starcraft 2 art tool model avaliable with blender? if i need to install 3d max and sc2 art tool ill do and some tutorial for it its good for me...

    tks for the answer....the wow model viewer offer me a option to change the animation name....if for example i rename the animation to "Variation01", the editor will take it as valid animation name?

    hi...i cant find tutorials about how to play wow models animations via triggers (or actors maybe)...i had download some models from the wow model viewer, now i cant to play for example the Mount or Parry animation for my downlod models, how to do it?...the triggers only have a specific animations names that maybe are not equal to the downloaded models...i had probe some animations but it does not work, for example:

    Event: elapsed time 10 seg... action: play "Parry" animation for "my downloaded wow model" ...

    someone know about some tutorial?
