    I tried to edit the ghost model but when I export it and put it in the editor only the ring around the rifle has animations while the rest is frozen. Is there a specific way to export?

    Just the skin for now as I am still trying to figure out 3dsmax. I'll do the hands on Kerri like you asked and the shoulder pads on both Nova and Kerri when I can figure it out. Right now I think the only problem is the exporter I need a lower version or something. All in good time my friends.

    GE just updated today and I'm using 1.7 of Max scripts I believe. Wasn't sure what program you meant by that.

    I tried max scripts 1.8 but it's still jacked I'll look for 1.6b

    OK that worked but in galaxy editor it doesn't move. All of the animations are broken except the ring around the ghost rifle still moves. But the rest of the model is completely still.

    While it's not quite as bad as stealing a car it would still make you an asshole if you put your name anywhere on someones map without permission. Even if you just did a small edit to fix it the only person with the right to change it whatsoever is the owner.

    If they made you just get a fine for stealing cars would you be ok with it? No because you don't take other peoples shit. The golden rule people.

    When I try and export my model it says "Runtime error: mesh operation on non-mesh: editable mesh"

    What does this mean? I am very new to 3ds max and I can't figure it out.

    Woah yeah I just want all the normal stuff plus my custom units and heroes in a mod so I don't have to recreate them for every map in my campaign. I'll try this atleast until blizzard decides to unfuck the map editor. Thanks!

    OK I'm trying to make a mod so I don't have to recreate all of the units and heroes in my campaign but when I import it to a map most units are bugged showing up as balls and such and they aren't in the heroes section. I want to use campaign and basic units so what dependencies and what order should I have for the mod? And then what dependencies and order should the map have?

    I'm trying to make a mod so I don't have to remake all the units and heroes every map I make, but when I look in the data editor nothing is there. The units are in the toolbar and it says in the data editor there are 1291 or so units but I just can't see them. Anyone know what to do?

    posted a message on Help 3ds max editting mesh?

    Okay I'm new to max but I'm fairly decent with blender. In blender you could drag pieces of the mesh and inflate/deflate the mesh. How do I do that in max? Also how do I take a part from one mesh (Eyes and bit of the face of the spectre portrait) and attack it to another mesh (The portrait of the ghost once I move the goggles on top of his head)?
