Wow this is phenomenal work! I love how you have some of your own elements in there but it's so true to the original as well. I feel like the animations have a lot of his personality. The color temperature in his eyes adds a very classic feeling that all Protoss in SC2 lack.
My favorite lighting is the last one btw. I do still like the others though.
I really like the first picture! It looks so nasty! I am a little confused as to what I am seeing though. Does the first picture morph into the last then?
Either way great work as usual.
One other note I have is that the bed and cerebrate might be too similar in color. It's hard to read what is the cerebrate and what is the bed. Particularly on the top set of spikes highlighted in the attached picture. Maybe lightening the dark brown on the bed might make it easier to distinguish. Just an idea though.
Xiaorobear had to use another program to create the anims and transfer to blender so I could transfer to max. This left the anims and timing way off. He fixed it to have normal speed anims and even added a spitting anim.
Most things like the Valk and Hydra are being released soon. The rest will likely be a mod for a campaign. While I'm not sure exactly when be assured the assets will be made public after the campaign is finished.

You can play the mod right now on battle.net in the StarCraft 2 custom games menu. Just select a map and hit the "play with mod" button. Then select "Classic Hydralisk Mod by Xiaorobear and GhostNova".
Look out for a lot more stuff coming in the near future.

I'd go skinnier personally. Too bulky and it'll just look like the SC2 zealot.
Boy does that Tassadar look great. I'm so glad you understand his crested head. A lot of people think it's a helmet/headpiece which drives me nuts.

Man I really like Zergund's charge effect. It's nice for the Protoss to have non blue effects lol.
The other tribunal and observatory are coming along great as well. Very classic.
