I've looked for this answer over and over again and I can't seem to get a solid statement saying exactly the process Blizzard goes through to create their models. I get that 3DSMax would be a solid tactic to create models out of home or through smaller grade development teams, but I would expect it to be makeshift of Blizzard Entertainment. Did they make their own inhouse modeling program or something because I have not found significant details about the Starcraft II based modeling whatsoever.
I have heard rumor of WC3 development tools and I am aware that these fuckers are hardcore Zbrushers.
So whats the workflow?
So I had actually downloaded SC2 on another computer and was able to extract the normal marine.m3 as well as some other assets I have not yet seen before on my windows 8 laptop.
After all what is the chances of you doing something better than technology proved by dozens of researchers and used commercially?
Ouch. Last time I looked up 'alternative' I saw that it said 'another available possibility' hense optional and the point being that this is not a hostile take over with another type of encryption system, I'm kinda getting where you are coming from when you talk about the potential security risks, but it's just Starcraft 2 data intended for fun (Arcade, Custom games, Etc.)and not essentially as big of a deal as you're making it sound. I can't seem to find the basic marine.m3 in the base assets, I see it in my editor but not my MPQ?
I don't want to use the marineraynor.m3 for compatibility reasons.

I want to kill you.
That's cool, are there any other alternative encryption system that do that for SC2?

Issue? I think not.. But I will still bitch about it honestly, I'm kinda second guessing about it when I someone else's point though.
