Hmm tried saving my revealer to a local variable (as a "region" type) and also set it as a variable under "actions" and it still doesn't work; revealer is still there.
deathorn is right. Also make sure to give your camera the properties of Distance: 34 and Pitch: 56 if you are using the SC2 default camera placement (right click camera name > modify properties).
This is an extremely pivotal bill. Part of me is a little upset that this site isn't taken down in protest like many other large companies on the net. Thanks for posting.
I'm sure this isn't the only ability like this, but I'm using very sensitive timings in a cut scene where a ghost uses snipe. The thing is, the closest I can manipulate his trigger speed still lets him vary a little bit. Is there a field somewhere that lets me limit the random timing element of abilities?
3/10, the whole cat thing is kinda overdone and the cat isn't even doing anything hilarious (as it should be). also, it's sorta lame it doesn't repeat.
Having a hard time figuring out which trigger action removes UI text display in the cinematic area, tried a few obvious looking ones to no avail.
Also, how do I remove an area revealer? Again, I tried the most obvious action, "destroy last created revealer," but it just stays there. Is there some trick to this?
I was looking to just make the camera zoom in a bit from a camera object, but the trigger doesn't even ask me what camera I want to use and it seems I have to focus it on a unit. Also, no matter what +or - distance I set it to, it looks like my camera is giving me far too wide of a shot when I try it ingame. What gives?
Hmm if you're talking about making it so a unit gets a powerup then suddenly has more HP boxes or something like that, the easiest way would be to just create a duplicate actor that has that a different value for UI: Bar Width and do the old switcheroo mid-game.
I know this doesn't fit perfectly into "data" but it's the closest forum. Whenever I have 1 map open, then open another, the second map "goes on top of" my first one and I can't get back to it or switch between maps unless I close GE altogether and restart it. Any way around this?

Wow can't believe what a nuance this was. I can't see this sound board silencing doing more good than bad. Thanks for figuring this out though.

SuperEvil you are a prodigy. I really wanna see this robo arm - would be awesome as a boss for an RPG map

Thank you, that clears it up.

Into what folder do I put custom loading screens, and what's a good way to convert a .jpg to a .dds?
