    Also, guys, I would request the old Terran unit that was called the Predator. It was an air unit. The Soul Hunter model was really nice, even if the unit wasn't necessarily, so I would request that one, too, afterwards.

    You can't sell your SC2 maps, period. Blizzard has decided that they will not put in place a map-sharing system that requires you to pay. They will not have micro-transactions within the game. The only things they will have are character name changes like in WoW, and that can (and probably will) be done outside the game. No platinum map-sharing system, unfortunately.

    And if Blizzard wanted to sell your maps, it's up to them. It's their decision. It says in the terms of use when you install and run the game that all your maps that you are sharing on BNET are the propriety of Blizzard Entertainment. That means only they can sell your maps or make people pay for them; You can't.

    I think you have to make the "create mutalisk cocoon" ability require supply or something like that, like say, the "Build Thor" ability requires supply. Check out those unit build or unit morph abilities and see if it's from there. I would check it out myself and tell you but right now I'm not in the capacity to do so.

    This can be done with actors, but I'm not quite sure how. I'd suggest changing the title to something like "How can I merge buildings with actors to create a larger one?" Because people just look at the topic title and assume you're talking about modeling an actual model or remodeling something.

    Guys, he never said whether he has a license or not. And he won't. He simply said that it doesn't matter. You don't know he doesn't have one, so you can't say he doesn't have one and get into trouble for using his model in your map.

    Also, the legs don't look both the same...And the feet look really odd an flat.

    Pretty much. However, keep in mind that the Scarab icon is the same as the Reaver's "face", which is that front ball with the weird nose. In SC1, you couldn't really see Scarabs either, yet they had an image. Plus, this early on in development. Though I don't personally think it's necessary to make a scarab model, as it won't really show in-game.

    And it moved like a...Snail. :p

    It did have an animation for firing scarabs. Its weird pointy rings actually moved back a bit, as if they had some recoil, and reset back to normal position. The legs also moved a bit.

    Of course you don't, that's because it loads the campaign stuff over the melee stuff. Look at the Hellion and Siege Tank (Siege Mode) weapon effects. The first weapon does 8 instead of 6 and the second does 60 instead of 50. There's a few differences. So it all works out fine, but you get some campaign values replacing the melee ones from Liberty Multi.

    But if you can make another Reaver, I'd say go ahead for it. This community doesn't have enough modelers or models as it is, so I'm all for it, and like I said, Gurluas might use this one in here, but I could always use yours instead and leave Gurluas with a different model, making each of our projects more unique.

    If the mod itself doesn't have the campaign dependency it won't load the campaign models. (Science Vessel, Scout, Lurker, etc.) If he adds the mod dependency to a map, and that mod contains the same data as the campaign (IE he copied the XML files from the campaign file into his mod so he can have all the campaign units in MP), then you get an override bug that happens because the game reads both the data in the campaign but doesn't load it and it also reads the data in the mod, too, and as a result, finds 2 entries for everything. Then it loads everything twice, causing strange bugs, like the attacks for campaign stuff doing twice the damage they should do, morphing actors messing up and such.

    I tried it. I played around with the settings and there was nothing I could do to remedy this. If you want MP data with the SP campaign stuff in it, but without having the campaign stuff override the SP stuff, you'll have to either make a campaign mod and make those changes yourself, or get the data out of LibertyMulti.SC2mod and into the mod you're making, with the campaign dependency being the first listed and the melee dependency being the second.

    I only know how to apply the spec map. Nothing shines or glows because I didn't apply two other maps =P. So it's pretty bland right now.

    Beautiful job, still! The texture looks almost just like the actual unit and so does the model. Some of the texture could be standardized and applied to all parts that look similar, as the blue parts look awkward and do not seem to have all the same shape from "ring" to "ring", same with the blue parts on the balls. Though that could just be because of the angle and the lack of the other textures...

    BTW, Once you're done with this unit I'd have a request for you if you want. =)
