"We may be Speeding up global warming" <- Duh, that's why ANTHROPOGENIC global warming is a concern because you know, the WARMING EFFECTS that are speeding up warming are CAUSED BY PEOPLE.

Did you conveniently leave out the truth about idiot politicians cutting funding to science and research programs and agencies throughout the years? The MAJORITY OF SCIENTISTS AGREE THAT ANTHROPOGENIC GLOBAL WARMING EXISTS, despite what you may hear from Faux News. The Himalayan ice covers are retreating, same with Mount Kilamajaro's ice covers, same with Antarctica's glaciers, same with the north Arctic glaciers, same with Greenland's ice covers, etc. Policies related to stalling anthropogenic global warming also threatens the income of oil and coal companies. Why am I not surprised that BP was one of the really outspoken lobbyists in the US Congress? Did you read in the news how BP has stopped lobbying against anti-global warming policies, because its own scientists could no longer deny the data they were studying? Only idiots take the word "significant" to mean catastrophic, the same way they misuse "theory" to mean speculation, and the same way they misinterpret the end of a calendar cycle to be doomsday; sort of like when idiots in the 90's thought the world would end catastrophically because they believed computers would be unable keep track of the year after 1999.

"The urge to save humanity is almost always a false front for the urge to rule. - H. L. Menken" - You mean like when religious people believe that the only way to save humanity is to convert or kill all nonbelievers? Or that the only way to rescue or take back the nation is to embrace a certain backwards religious view?

I prefer the term "freedom fighter" ("fighting" for the freedom FROM religion, freedom of knowledge?). United Atheist League, United Atheist Alliance, Allied Atheist Alliance

Seriously though, I agree that anthropogenic global warming has been validated by tree ring data, ice core samples, gas measurement of atmosphere, dissolved gas concentration in oceans, etc. There has been quite a noticeable increasing trend in global temperatures ever since the Industrial Revolution. Mass deforestation, unsustainable agricultural methods, and hyper urban development certainly do not alleviate the problems. People in many parts of the world used to be able to live throughout the summers without air conditioners...

Thanks for the great tips! I'm trying this setup:

Figure 1 Perspective view. Green plane and pink torus are used as global reference "landmarks" to line up the pictures.

    Figure 2 Camera 1 view

    Figure 3 Camera 2 view

I still have to tweak the camera's heights so that the reference pictures "match". I could only find two distinct reference pictures of the pre-alpha carrier.

Because an element's physical and chemical properties are inherent to it's atomic structure (especially the number of protons). You cannot change an element to another element through chemical and physical processes (the DEFINITON OF ALCHEMY). You can only convert one element to another element through fission or fusion, both processes that alter an element's atomic number; that's not the definition of alchemy; they're called NUCLEAR processes.

Physicists say that Einstein was incorrect. Einstein believed that quantum properties were fixed and could not change. Experiments have shown that when you alter the properties of an entangled particle, it's partner instantly changes. Hopefully, that explanation is laymen enough for you to understand. If you don't understand, but are still curious, then you can use the internet to search for more detailed explanations. If you lack the curiosity, then...well...

Newton also believed in alchemy and Einstein also rejected quantum entanglement.

Actually, there is a right and wrong. You can't use religion to justify pedophilia like Jeff Warren; or use religion to justify murdering homosexuals; or use religion to justify bombing another religious sect; or use religion to force people to commit suicide like Jim Jones; etc. Likewise, you can't use science to justify eugenics; or use science to justify forcing people to endure experiments; etc.

I don't know how you define "militant", but atheists don't appear to have the same affinity for guns and force like Christian militias or Islamic terrorists. Is there such a thing as the "Atheist Army", aside from the old Soviet Union and Maoist China?

When you're preparing to make 3D models, I assume you're going to make front, side, etc. projected drawings to use as guides. I'm trying to recreate some units from the 1996 pre-alpha Starcraft build from the limited screenshots available. I'm assuming the 2D sprites are close enough to be isometric. Are there any tips in determining the relative locations of mouths, appendages, engines, etc? Do you place an isometric grid over a 2D sprite and attempt to measure the dimensions and locations of components? How do you approximate height, depth, or girth from a 2D sprite?
