    I made a bunch of models for all 15 Energy Types and Ingredients. This map also has AI to fill in for players now.

    Sounds cool. I would like to see it if there are a lot of similarities between it and my game.

    I removed all references to drugs and replaced them with a subject of Black Market Energy. Fuels and Batteries are now being bought, sold and created.

    The map is available again. Here's hoping Blizzard doesn't find another reason to remove it.

    I still need to update my you tube video. Hopefully this map can be on the front page then.

    Thanks, I agree that there are way too many remakes of games on the Arcade.

    I updated the OP. Blizzard removed my map.

    Right now I am thinking the map should be about trading units of fuel and energy. Because the corrupt government controls all these businesses and charges unreasonable taxes on them. Now I just have to learn what ingredients should make your fuels.

    Featuring: 52 Original Models, 100 Custom Graphics, 32 New Sounds, and AI Players

    Build a Business in Black Market Fuel. Start out at the bottom of the business world. Just buying from Dealers and selling on the streets. Save up some money and invest in a Refinery or your own Money Launderer. Or spend that Cash to buy an Assault Rifle to hunt other Players. There are many choices for how to spend your money.

    Dangerous PvP: Other Players may kill you at any time. They will be able to collect the items you were carrying. Fortunately you can Sprint away or try to get the Cops to protect you. However even if you are peaceful you may need your own upgrades to stay alive. Various Dealers in the city will upgrade your items for Cash. They offer more HP, faster run speed, regenerating HP, and other things.

    There are 5 types of energy that Buyers want to buy. Bio Diesel, Gasoline, Lead Acid Batteries, Lithium Ion Batteries, and Natural Gas. Each Buyer will only buy one type of energy. You can manufacture all these energy types. They each have their own Refinery or Factory. Each Energy type requires two ingredients that can be bought from special Dealers.

    When a Dealer or Buyer is able to get what they want then make it home safely they will become more confident. This will allow them to make more Deals before having to go home. This helps you to sell your products more quickly. Confident Dealers also offer larger amounts of energy for a better rate.

    If a Buyer is having a hard time finding what they need, they will offer more money to get it. Conversely the Buyers will pay less if their market is saturated with product. Dealers are also affected by what the Players are buying.

    You are sure you are looking in your "StarCraft II Beta" folder right? Not the "StarCraft II" folder it defaults to in the release version of the editor? Windows search is often broken in my experience.

    I backed up my map files to another hard drive last night before the patch, but the patch didn't do anything to my files. They were all in those folders in My Documents.

    Thank you Kueken531, I never made my own game attribute before. Battlenet won't let me upload this to fully test it, but it seems to fix my problem.

    I guess my question was a bit too confusing for others. :D

    My map has two game variants. One for the normal game and one for the tutorial. I need certain things to be triggered for each game variant. It seems there should be a condition that checks what game variant is being played. I have not been able to find anything. There are lots of conditions related to the lobby settings. These lobby setting can be set up for each game variant. So for my trigger to determine what game mode is being run I tried having an if then check what the lobby count down delay is. However this doesn't seem to work with my tests in the 1.5 beta and release map editors.

    Does anyone know a way for my triggers to determine what game variant is being played?

    I was wondering what other map editors people have used. Most people probably used the StarCraft1 map editor. I never used the WarCraft3 editor much, but I imagine a lot of people on here have.

    Most of my time spent making other maps and games has been in the Hammer and WorldCraft Editors for Half-Life 1 and 2. I love making buildings, rocks, and everything with brushes in those editors. I made a lot of Deathmatch levels for HL1. I made a single player mod for HL2 and a lot of maps for art classes that tell stories like plays with things happening around you. Also some Counter-Strike maps for both released versions of the game. I have spent a lot of time with the StarCraft1 editor, but nothing compared to HL. Made one especially complicated map with tons of triggers and multiple players. Also I have messed with the Fallout 3 and Skyrim editors, but I am not good with those at all. I really wish there was a good map editor for Grand Theft Auto 4.

    What editors have you used? How good are you with them? What did you make for other games?

    Upgrades can change tool tips and basically any info stored in the data editor. Then trigger the upgrade to be finished researching.

    An important note about changing tool tips with upgrades is that it changes the tool tip you are using and not the content of the tool tip. For example I am using this for easy normal and hard difficulty settings, so for each tool tip there is a hard normal and easy version of it. Example:

    Button/Tooltip/GenerateMineralsEasy 50 Minerals per minute

    Button/Tooltip/GenerateMineralsNormal 25 Minerals per minute

    Button/Tooltip/GenerateMineralsHard 10 Minerals per minute

    This is my new Custom Game/Tower Defense.

    Build Auto Mineral Generators and Mineral Generator Walls to increase the minerals you earn. Spend these mineral to build and upgrade 6 Different types of turrets. Decide what combination of effects from the Turrets will work together the best. Auto Mineral Generators give you Minerals every few second based on Difficulty. Mineral Generator Walls need to Cast a spell to Generate Minerals. Like a Larva Inject. You can build a building called Add Units to increase the units Attacking other player's bases. All Turrets cost the same and do the same DPS. They all have strengths and weaknesses. Survive for 48 Rounds and 4 Boss Fights. Or be the last player left alive. You die if 10 units make it past your defenses.

    Please try it out and post feedback. Uploaded it to NA 1.5 Beta.
