From prior experience, any unit with a veterancy behavior usually only shows one weapon. Aside from using some custom ui to work around it, I don't think you can change it. If you are willing to look into custom ui, however, it shouldn't be too hard to do.
You might consider making the fliers into doodads so you can have more freedom with them. It seems odd that all of the Hercules and wraiths are flying parallel to each other.
Page Link
In the new Battle.net interface, you can copy link of certain pages in-game to the clipboard. This include map info pages. So you can copy a link of your map, and give it to other player. Clicking this link would navigate the player to your map info page (If SC2 isn't running, it would launch the StarCraft II first, the player still need to enter name/password to login though).
So it looks like HotS is providing support for you to do this already.
Making a fear spell using forces, that's a neat idea.
What you need to do is use a persistent to apply the force many times over and over again. After the force is applied, the units stop unless you apply another force. A persistent on the caster can use a search to apply another force several times using the "Effect - Period" field.
I'd like to know about this as well. I recall Vampirism having a Damage reduction: x% instead of Armor: x
I haven't been able to figure out how to change it, though.
Each of the structures you are repairing has a "repair time" which is affecting the repair speed at a rate unique from the repair ability itself. I'd recommend setting the repair time of each structure to 0 if you are planning on going off of the ability.
How did they do it with WC3 RoC and TFT?
I expect by the time LoV comes out, they will cease the WoL ladder, and then the HotS ladder a few years later.

Vampire Bite
(Dark) Deals damage to the opponent and returns some life to the caster.
Eclipse
(Dark) All Starmon have their stats doubled for two turns, but also become confused.
Haunted Memories
(Ghost) The caster becomes a random Pokemon who's element counters the opponent. Lasts for two turns.

@Scbroodsc2: Go
I was going a bit for that floating mountain feel.

It's too bad importing terrain into the cinematics editor clears out all of the doodads. :(

It would seemingly be impossible... however, there is this: http://www.sc2mapster.com/forums/general/general-chat/44775-list-new-features-in-2-0-1-hot-s-beta-editor/#p1

Whoops, map bounds...

Thank you.

I'm going to feel inferior now. Had 45 minutes to kill, so tried this one out.
I didn't really capture the effect I was going form but at least I tried...
Give criticism and I might try this one again before the week is over.

What do 'Reputations' here mean and how are they gained?

Alright then.
Kudos to you for making this. It looks like the most fully designed map I've seen yet.
