I did notice the new hero tab, but i haven't looked at it yet. I might just check it out now. Hero time!

The Mothership Core can currently Energize itself. The Tempest's attack has a visual bug.

Have you remembered to add requirements for the upgrades?
You could basically make some adjustments to the irradiate ability (campaign). That's what I would do.
It seems slightly slower, and it has a lot of other flaws:
Previewing animations of models is now non-intiutive and you can't see the animations' names.
Previewing animations is now in the cutscene editor, which makes it really slow and laggy.
Custom Models are not selected when selecting units with a box.

Since my AoE map Mapster Madness is broken and Blizzard All-Stars looks so awesome, I might abandon Madness... Nice of him to share this stuff.

Have you added the "Attack" ability and given the structure a button linked to the Attack ability?
