Why doesn't any new user ever read the Terraining FAQ/Questions answered first instead of creating endless waves of threads with the same question?
"Cortex is a roleplaying map for Starcraft II, Blizzard's latest real-time strategy game. In a roleplaying map, the players create their own storyline to go along with anything they create, and interact with other players to move the story forward through time. Because of the highly dynamic nature of roleplaying maps, Cortex focuses on making it so that you can do everything possible in-game that you would otherwise need the Galaxy Editor to make. You accomplish this highly customized creating through the use of specialized chat commands such as @spawn to create units.
Cortex was the idea of TheBlackMage, an accomplished Warcraft 3 map-maker who, with the help of the World of Warcraft guild Potato Sack of Tomatoes, made up of mostly veterans from the Warcraft 3 roleplaying scene such as Diagas, Krinn, DarkElune, and Draike, hashed out how the highly advanced new map would work. Once the idea was finalized, the implementation of the engine was done by TheBlackMage, while other parts are still under construction by other members.
The engine of Cortex will be completely open-source to help the roleplaying community grow and expand faster. In Warcraft 3, multiple roleplays either had to steal their rivals triggers without proper credit, or re-do all of their work by hand. Neither solution was ideal, and so Cortex is being designed so that it can spur innovation, rather than hold it back.
Development of Cortex at this time is still in progress, and a release will likely occur at the same time Starcraft 2 is out in late July 2010."
From early 2010, Cortex is now completed, with mods of imported units and doodads everywhere and great terrains too, basically though, you roleplay on this game, similar to the roleplaying maps of Warcraft 3, but not as complicated.

A picture from one of many of Cortex Maps; Augustgrad, which is based off the capital Augustgrad of Stacraft Lore http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/232/livingquarters.jpg/
Yet another picture from another, not so-popular map, Harvester's Providence; http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/690/terrain005e.jpg/
And another picture from a different map, but the same autor/terrainer, Gameranthine; http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/145/terrain025.jpg/ A Fantasy-Urban Map of course, with imported WoW Doodads/Buildings
Discuss the Pros and Cons/ What you like/Dislike about it
For me, I dislike the errors it will have and you dropping if you stay in a lobby for too long in the cortex maps. Also, Bugs, everywhere.
Feel free to post about it.

-Could I suggest you adding one or more Goblin models since my editor is kind of broken right now?

Here's some ideas I'll throw out
-Post-Apocalyptic City with a jungle growing on it/taking over the city.
-Jungle with Ice, Snow, and Ice Rivers. [I used the Xil Tileset and changed the lighting to make it look like snow/ice]
-Jungle with Lava and Lava Rivers.
-Some kind of lava furnace.
-A cathedral.
-A Train Sation.
-Something Western [The Wild West, Weird West, etc.]
-Something based on Mythology [Norse, Greek, Roman, Egyptian, etc.]
-Some kind of underground slave mine with crystal/mineral deposits everywhere on the walls of the mine/cave.
-Just some ideas/suggestions, feel free to take these ideas/suggestions if you would like to.
