Still no official Blizzard definition of fantasy I see. At this point could mean has a story, has magic, has at least 5 orcs, who knows. Clarification would really be nice here, as a lot of games with orcs, elves, medieval, magic, do not seem to be fantasy in any way, just those models happened to get used. IE, Mines and Magic, WoW Tower defense.
Yea this will kind of determine whether half my ideas will apply or not, so I hope we get an update and what will qualify as "fantasy".
Yup works fine now! This looks really awesome, I'll have to take a peak at how you did some of this.
Edit: The first time you open it you might need to download TDmod.sc2mod or just try and open it a second time cause the first time might bombard you with errors.
I've always enjoyed the Tarsonis tileset. Great for damaged cities, deserts, and distressed indoor floors. I almost always use at least one of the textures in my maps.
I don't see this being a thing, I think it'll all be grouped together for those that already own the game. I think the game will be standalone in the fact that you won't have to have either the base game (WoL) or the expansion (HoTs) to play it. Otherwise if you own WoL and HoTs I think it'll be added in the same way HoTs was added on top of WoL. I hope that wasn't to confusing to read.
I agree with that. Sometimes I think we'd be better off asking Hive Workshop to expand their sc2 section and just migrate there. If nothing else, it'd widen the number of eyes that see active sc2 projects, especially now that sc2 has the wc3 assets.
Yea that is an option, I know site moving has been discussed before too. The way I see it though, is if the spam is the worst thing we have to deal with, it's easier to just keep going until curse decides to pull support, or a better alternative shows up.
I've never head of being able to change the background color, but maybe it's one of the things I've missed, but I just don't see it. If you really have your heart set on changing the background from the teal (Which has worked fine in the past for making wireframes for me, you just select the teal by color) or your model has teal on it then this is what I do. I usually just put down a square, tint it black, and then make it really big and make it look like a back drop like in the image below.
If you like cinematics so much how come you never participated in my MCEs? Not that you were the only person who didn't participate Cough cough nobody did cough cough

I love it! It's a great blend of jungle and protoss, and though tubes in between the cliffs work so well!

Ah cool... Good to know, not sure I see many uses for it but I'm sure it has them. Does it keep the color if played during a game?

Do some searching before necroing, I've already reuploaded them, and they won't be lost this time.

That model looks fantastic! I can't wait to see him running around in game.
I picked GTA also, it's making anything to do with editing go VERY slowly XD. It runs surprising well on my 6 year old computer too :) .
