    Appreciate the feedback.

    • AI is something I very much wanted to do, however due to some of the present hero concepts I have, I feel like it will be a tricky thing to implement. If you are familiar with my Team Health mechanic, its very crucial that this AI is intelligent enough to not be an open punching bag for the opposing team.
    • I am working on some sort of practice period during that wait period, that way maybe it will feel less of a drag waiting? What you said makes sense about the 5v1 noob thing.
    • I wouldve immediately added leveling/progression if we had server side banks :P I'll be adding this in the future, though probably for stats and cosmetic unlockables.
    • The only time when powerups are ineffective is when your Team Health is at zero. Powerup effects are halved by then. I get where you're coming from though for the luck aspect of things, I'll probably reduce the frequency of non Beacon spawned powerups.
    • Didn't know why I didn't think of mouse-over tooltips. Thanks for pointing that out.

    wow. Thats some wicked User Interface you guys have there! Pure awesomeness.

    it is indeed sad they took down BarCraft, but this looks just as amazing. I wish you guys all the best on this map.

    Any date on when an English translation will be uploaded?

    I used to be WoW raider, and I do have friends who enjoy tanking, although i have never gotten the gist of it. And yes with the Sc2 engine, tanking is probably less appealing than in WoW. atm i'm thinking maybe each 'class' has its own unique damage dealing/healing/tank ability? although how exactly i'm going to do this while keeping each class unique is something i have yet to plan.

    hey that actually sounds good. It'll definitely make each encounter more dynamic. I never actually thought about giving the boss some sort of AI instead of randomized patterns.

    Ah I see. Yeah that sounds like a good direction for boss fights. I also like the idea of distracting the boss while the other half of the team fights minions to activate a weapon. It really feels like a fun way to defeat a boss.

    tbh I never really enjoyed strict roles like the usual healer/damage/tank, since I reckon tanking a boss isn't as fun as healing or dealing damage.

    I couldn't agree more with what you said here. Although could you elaborate more on 'teamwork'? If you think about it player roles (like healer, tank and dps) actually promotes teamwork rather than the other way around.

    Hey guys. I'd like to know what the community thinks of a boss battle map for sc2, somewhere along the lines of Warcraft 3's Impossible Bosses. After playing the HoTs campaign I must say sc2 has potential to spawn an awesome map of this genre. To my knowledge, there hasn't been a prominent one for Sc2 yet and I'm wondering why there isn't.

    So what would make a boss battle map fun for you? What boss fights in any kind of game (WoW raid bosses, Diablo, anything!) appeal to you? and why?

    Balance changes and bug fixes. Trying to control more damage variables in abilities to prevent them from being too weak or strong if used in a certain way. Preparing to add new heroes soon.

    glad you enjoyed it! I admit balance is rather off at the moment and I'm constantly tweaking it in hopes of getting it right for competitive play.

    Yes, there isn't enough players at the moment. Though I think the map has gotten more attention in the EU lately. Hope Hots will swarm the sc2 arcade with more players in the next few days.

    The battle net lobby should now show when not making a custom game. error on my end, didn't realize hide battle net lobby was checked :/

    Gameplay Changes:

    Fuuma:

    • Weapon damage reduced to 100-125 from 120-160.
    • Jade Path: damage reduced to 190 from 210.
    • Bloom Damage: reduced to 140 from 180.

    Maximus:

    • Maximum Carnage: duration increased to 10 seconds from 8.
