It's somewhat difficult to come up with more ideas without having really played the game. Any chance there's a playable version around.

I need a name for the game.. the only names i could think of are these..
-Mafia
-Gang Land
-Gangsters
Random features of the game
you start with 2 heroes, the mafia boss brother Raynor and a Business man.
Heroes like Raynor can only extort stores/Business while the Business man hero can buy them (cant attack)
you can hire more gang leaders after extorting/buying 1 out of the 4 cities.
you can hire 4 members for each hero (cant be controlled, only follows the hero. customizable weapon)
right click on civilian to hire, you get the same head model as the hired civilian (custom models)
buy and drive cars to get to cities faster.
buy weapons (custom models)
3 players on each gang, 12 total
Dead heroes will go straight to jail
you can only bail them out with another hero.. (after the X mins respawn timer).. no hero means no respawn
or break them out of prison (still a plan)
Im not sure what to do next.. i need ideas and a group of testers...
the arrow shapes are points btw..
the game runs smooth 60fps on high settings and 35-40 on ultra

I attempted to do this, but the problem is the unit aren't attached to the region. The action itself is very confusing, and a more in-depth tutorial would be great.
yes sure but can you explain what you want in another way? do you want the units to not move out of the region? or just group them by region?
I need 2 models, Male/Female Civilian with no Head and no back pack.. any of the textures would do.. ill just swap them in-game.
i tried doing it myself on 3ds max but i got "Unknown property count" Error.. not sure what that means or how to fix it..
The game im trying to create is similar to "Gang Land" and "Gangsters" PC game.. i want the civilians to look the same as the armed gang members.. so i need a headless model...

i created an arm magazine ability similar to broodlord..
every time a unit is created, the caster gains a buffA
and on the death effect of the units(not caster), i created an effect to remove the caster's buffA.
the problem now is its not detecting the caster at all...
does anyone know a way to fix this.. i dont wanna do this on triggers.. please help.. a work around would be nice too..
create a buffA with periodic event instead of creating a persistent effect...
set initial effect to >> "search area" effect with a validator to check if enemy has buffB
then "Set" effect on the search area
and on the "set" effect, create and add 2 effects
remove buffB from enemy
give a new buffC to caster
now on BuffA's periodic effect..
create another "set" effect to heal and remove buffC, also check if theres no more buffC remaining so you can remove buffA

make the tank attack a invisible dummy unit, then move the dummy where you want the tank to face..
dont forget to make a new hidden weapon for the tank.. no missile or effect and 999 cooldown

Use this trigger "Pick each unit in Unit Group"
change "last created units" to "units in region"
create a "unit group" variable and add the picked units there
then do the same but this time use the "unit group" variable for "last created units"

are you sure its not the camera? is it ingame or from the editor?
