    Deeps solution would work for a quick shot a attack.the cost query won't let you even start to use the ability unless you have 15 charges.if I'm interpreting your ability correct, you want to gave to charge the ability until it has a charge of 15 correct? The validator solution will work if used as a condition for the actual use of thee ability

    WDE revolving around abilities that modify the the terrain. An example would be a meteor effect that indents the ground upon impact or a spell that creates a wall by raising nearby terrain.

    As stated, Hyper triggers were used to speed up triggers in SC I maps.
