posted a message on Tool for creating MMOs

Big World is one of the better engines when it comes to MMO capabilities from what I've heard. There are a lot of engines with the capability to make them. Unity I think can, ShiVa, pretty much any engine that you can modify the networking system has the capability to be used for large online games.

UDK doesn't allow for more than 64 players in any game instance. I have doubts as to whether Epic would even let you release a game with it if you figured out how to bypass that limit. And UDK is capable of level streaming; most major game engines are. It's pretty rare to see a modern engine that won't do so. You could use it for a normal RPG, but not something that really would be defined as an MMO, unless you had many servers that run multiple game instances of 64 players (it would be possible, but it would require you to write custom server architecture to run alongside UDK's network. I would not advise it).

posted a message on I feel like crap

When I was in high school I smoked with my teachers. Well... two of them. One of them I saw buy from my friend, the other one I found out went to rehab because he accidentally told me when I was teaching him economics (he somehow became an econ teacher and didn't know anything about economics. So he gave me an A and I helped him with the next chapter after school. Once I got to teach the class because he forgot what how to do one of the equations). I had one horrible teacher though that was a psychopath (she got this weird nervous twitch when we annoyed her, and sometimes it would get really bad and she got these weird convulsions. Looked like she was having a seizure... she went apeshit on me once because I corrected something on her board. It was a huge ordeal too, there was an inquiry and everything. I got suspended for like five days...).

NiN's progress has stopped. All of my projects have stopped except one as it needs to be working soon, and there was another guy working on it but I think he's stopped as well.

It's 2010 (at least NiN's is and mine is developed around that). It might work on 2011, but I don't know what changes (if any) were made to the scripting language.

So in scanning this, it seems to be some bitch attempting to brag that she has a lot of money, and is pointing to what is probably a fake picture of a Mercedes as proof (not a McLaren, so who gives a shit?), and is attempting to pretend to know more than everyone but probably scarcely understands what they're posting... some kind of low self esteem issues combined with a poorly regulated God complex would be my guess. Am I caught up?

AED doesn't publish onto any Apple platforms.

And Zelda, there are a lot of PC game engines that publish to iOS and Mac.

One apple plus two apples is not Calculus. Apparently the school system has failed yet again.

Reading yes, which as I've noted the SCHOOL SYSTEM DOES NOT DO. People are graduating who CANNOT read. The school system is broken, you just said it, making it useless. And no, not everyone needs to be able to do Calculus. I can vehemently deny that, many people have absolutely no use for it. And it's the other way around: schools, moreover government, has pushed for people to get degrees over time, people who go to college become elitist, etc. It's more complicated than you're trying to make it although I assume you know that, however as of yet you haven't really made much of an argument.
