I had this same problem and when I went through and checked the label sizes some of them were set to (0,0) and some just needed to be set larger than they already were. I think this is because bliz changed the text size or something. Try changing your label size and see if it helps.
Well I figured out what was wrong if you just want to fix it your self. Its that the dialog items where the numbers go are too small to fit the text now after the update.
In Action Definitions - Create Talent Button
Dialog - Create an image for dialog Sub Talent Dialog[Tree][Player] with the dimensions (60, 40) anchored to Center with an offset of (0, 0) setting the tooltip to "" using the image ButtonLabelIMG as a Border type with tiled set to true tint color White and blend mode Normal
Dialog - Create a label for dialog Sub Talent Dialog[Tree][Player] with the dimensions (60, 40) anchored to Center with an offset of (0, 0) with the text (Combine ("0", "/", (Text(Max Rank[Button Index[Player]][Player])))) color set to White text writeout set to false with a writeout duration of 2.0
Never done it on a weapon but I would make a search effect for the ability and under the search tab you can set the maximum count to 1 so that it will only hit one unit in the area. Best way that I can think of.

Some of the dialog labels seem to no longer be working. Anyone have a fix for this?

You can just add a search effect to transfusion if you want a heal area.
